Data sources

Free government data used on Sginsite, and what is not on the site yet.

Sginsite republishes official Singapore property statistics so a buyer can research a condominium before paying for a valuation or an agent report.

Figures are not live. The last URA pull on this build was 5 September 2026.

On the site now

  • URA private residential transactions — sale price, PSF, volume, and price gain on every condo sales page. Source: ura.gov.sg.
  • URA private residential rental contracts — rents by bedroom and median PSF on rental pages.
  • URA median rentals of private non-landed homes — district quartile context on rental pages.
  • OneMap / SLA geocoding — project coordinates used for nearby search.
  • LTA via OneMap — nearest MRT stations and bus stops on amenity pages.
  • MOE via OneMap — nearby primary and secondary schools, and school condo lists.

URA extracts are used under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.

How to use it for a purchase

  • Start with Search if you have a project name.
  • Start with Districts or Schools if you are choosing an area first.
  • On a condo page, read sale PSF, then rents, then nearby schools and MRT.
  • Use rental yields and the deal checker only as estimates. They are derived, not official URA fields.
